Entrusted by a C-store network to evaluate operations, I was met with a startling revelation on day one: all operations were painstakingly reconciled with pencil and paper, consuming precious time and resources.

Yet, adversity has always been a familiar companion on my journey. I unearthed deeper issues: fuel deliveries made without orders, rent payments vanishing into thin air, and a pervasive lack of accountability. It was evident that the status quo was no longer tenable.

What intrigued me most was the untapped potential of c-store owners. They knew the game but struggled to achieve competitive advantage and profitability. It dawned on me that simplicity and accessibility were the cornerstones of progress, laying the foundation for the inception of MostEdge in 2011— a beacon of innovation aimed at digitizing and streamlining store management.
